We are a design-build landscape firm. This means we are directly involved with your complete project from start to finish. We have found this to be very successful, as the communication process is thorough and complete.

Subsequent to our initial consultation, we will send you a contract outlining the design scope of work and the associated costs. If this contract meets your satisfaction, Stock & Hill will create a design for your garden that integrates the concepts discussed at our initial consultation.

After the initial consultation appointment, we then go to the design phase. A design contract is drawn up with a description of what was discussed at the consultation, estimated design time, cost, and contract terms.

The designs are drawn as a basic concept and guideline for the installation. As we are installing, the actual site layout will be in a continual state of creation.
